Fall 2026 Schedule

Dates & Times

Fall Wingspan programming will be available August 31st to December 10th. Limited appointments will be available during finals week. When classes are not in session for holidays, or if classes are canceled due to inclement weather, programming will not be offered.

Locations

Lawrence Campus

Writing consultations are available in the Wingspan: Center for Learning & Writing Support at the Lawrence Campus in Anschutz Library, room 424. 

Edwards Campus

Writing consultations are available on the Edwards campus in Regents Center 125. Building construction has ended so you may enter through the Regents Center front doors. Find out more on the Academic Support at Edwards page.

Online

Writing consultations are also available virtually through Zoom and asynchronously through an option called eTutoring. 

Drop-in Support

Writing Center Services will not have designated undergraduate drop-in times in the fall, but all students are welcome to come by the Wingspan at the Lawrence or Edwards campus at any time during our open hours to see if a writing consultant is available, though we cannot guarantee an appointment. 

Graduate students may use drop-in writing consulting on Fridays from 10 am - 4 pm during Fridays on Fourth in Watson Library graduate student lounge on the 4th floor at the Lawrence campus.
