Fall 2025 Schedule

Dates & Times

Fall Wingspan programming will be available August 25th to December 4th. Limited appointments will be available during finals week. When classes are not in session for holidays, or if classes are canceled due to inclement weather, programming will not be offered.

Locations

Writing consultations are available in the Wingspan: Center for Learning & Writing Support at the Lawrence Campus in Anschutz Library, room 424, or online. 

Drop-in Support

In addition to appointments, which are available both in-person and online, we offer drop-in support in-person. If you can't get an appointment, the times don't work with your schedule, or you just have a short question, we will have designated drop-in times this semester for undergraduate students Mondays-Thursdays from 3-5 pm. These will take place in Anschutz Library on the 4th floor in study carrel 437.

Graduate students may use drop-in writing consulting on Fridays from 10 am - 4 pm during Fridays on Fourth in Watson Library graduate student lounge on the 4th floor.

You may also come by the Wingspan in Anschutz Library 424 at any time during our open hours to see if a writing consultant is available, though we cannot guarantee an appointment.
